A-J bonus

A bonus hand with a higher payoff in some blackjack games. When this optional rule is in effect, a player gets paid 2 to 1 for getting a blackjack made up of the ace and jack of spades.

Some casinos offer other bonus payouts for hands that total 21. There might be A-K bonuses, A-Q bonuses, and A-10 bonuses as well. And in progressive blackjack games, other hands qualify for bonus payouts on a sidebet. (A common enough sidebet is on a hand totaling 21 that's made up of three 7's, for example.)
