Changing the size of a blackjack bet based on how many aces have already been seen and how many aces are still in the deck. The ace adjustment factor describes the proportion of aces played versus the aces left in the deck. Ace adjustment is a card counting term. An ace adjustment is often made when someone is keeping a separate count of aces on the side, and is based on whether a deck is Ace rich or Ace poor.
